Notices
At a glance: 0 of 100 controlled documents approved (all V0 drafts) · 5 of 11 register indicators computable from this snapshot · visual library: 18 bench cards, 27 infographics, 29 flowcharts.
Snapshot freshness: Snapshot is 0 days old — within the weekly refresh cycle. (File: luib_snapshot.db, dated 2026-10-24 08:42)
Data source: this dashboard reads a snapshot — a copy of a LUIB backup file (see Snapshot freshness above), refreshed weekly. It is NOT the live clinical database and nothing here writes to LUIB. QMS document data is real: parsed from the actual MASTER-DOCUMENT-INDEX and the bundled document copies. All figures are computed live from the snapshot by this page.
Opened from LUIB? This dashboard runs in its own browser tab/window. To return to LUIB, close this tab or switch back to the LUIB window — nothing here writes to LUIB, and closing this page does not affect it.

Known Limitations & Disconnected Components

What this dashboard does not do, and what it cannot yet know — stated plainly so nobody over-reads a prototype.

ItemDetail
Production database NOT read by this prototype buildThe figures here come from a DEMO-seeded snapshot. On the Laboratory PC the app reads a copy of the latest LUIB backup — never the live file in place.
LUIB live status unknownThe QMS describes an Excel-based LIS (LAB-QM-IT-001). Whether LUIB has superseded it in daily use is not established.
Demonstration dataEvery LUIB figure from the demo snapshot comes from DEMO-seeded rows (DEMO- accessions). They prove the read path and the math — nothing about real laboratory performance.
NC/CAPA disconnectedNo NC/CAPA data exists in LUIB (verified). The NC/CAPA page shows SAMPLE records only, modelled on F-QM-010-A/F-QM-011-A.
QC disconnected from resultsQC snapshots are import-only copies; linked_ordered_test_id is always NULL; the external QC application was not available for inspection.
Critical-ack start anchor is a PROPOSED mappingQI-POST-03 timing here uses ordered_tests.first_finalized_at as the notification clock start. LUIB's data model does not stamp a separate 'verification' instant for this purpose — mapping unverified against production practice.
Indicator definition conflicts (deferred, not fixed)Critical values 30 vs 15 min (15 DECIDED 2026-10-21, masters unamended); STAT 30 vs 60 min inside POST-003; icteric reject-vs-comment (PRE-001 vs PRE-003); QI-PRE-01 denominator (accessions vs specimen rows). The dashboard exposes these instead of silently choosing — except where noted on the Indicators page.
Approval chain discrepancyQMS documents: Hospital Director approves, Pathologist reviews. Working workflow: Pathologist approves. Unresolved — the dashboard encodes no approval workflow.
No approved documentsAll 100 QMS documents are V0 drafts. The Documents page deliberately shows DRAFT–UNAPPROVED on every row.
Parent-document labels on visual materialFlowchart parents come from each figure's own manifest; WI parents from the delivered folder and WI code; infographic parents from the filename/footer as printed on each poster. Anything weaker is labelled as such on the item's page.
Security posture of the WEB APP (v1)Named individual accounts with hashed passwords, forced change at first login, lockout and idle timeout. The Flask app binds 127.0.0.1 only and is reached remotely only through a Cloudflare Tunnel (WEB-SETUP.md) — never expose it directly on a network. Guests and Laboratory Aides see documents and dashboard only; review notes are visible only to Pathologist, Admin and Medical Technologist accounts. The LUIB snapshot is still read via a read-only (mode=ro) handle and figures are aggregates only.
Still disconnectedNo write-back of any kind; no event alerts; no CAPA register; no EQA, satisfaction, labeling or downtime feeds (none exist in LUIB).
