Limitations (verified): LUIB is not a QC engine. QC arrives as an Excel workbook under the TCH-QC-EXCHANGE v1.0 contract and is stored as append-only snapshots; rule interpretation is imported as text. There is no Levey-Jennings / Westgard evaluation inside LUIB, QC-to-patient-result linking is deferred (linked_ordered_test_id is always NULL), and whether imports happen in production is unknown. Governing policy: LAB-QM-ANA-001 (§5.8 Westgard multi-rules) · IG-16 IQC / Westgard wall chart. No QC figure here may be used to release results.
